When are payments due?
Feasibility Study
$250 Non-Refundable Fee
This fee covers the initial evaluation of your property, where our experts will assess the site conditions, zoning regulations, and your specific needs.
Contract Signing
10% of unit contract
To secure your project, a 10% deposit of the unit contract is required upon signing. This ensures that we reserve your spot in our production schedule.
Unit Manufacturing Begins
APPROX. 2 MONTHS LATER
40% of unit contract
After finalizing the design and obtaining necessary permits, we will commence manufacturing your ADU. Sit back and relax as we start crafting your custom-built space.
Unit Manufacturing Completed
APPROX. 4 MONTHS LATER
The remaining 50% of unit contract
Once manufacturing is complete, we will notify you to arrange for final payment of the of the unit contract. At this point, your ADU is ready for delivery and installation.
Delivery and Installation
APPROX. 2 WEEKS LATER
50% of site work contract
After your ADU is delivered, our skilled team will handle the installation process. Your unit is placed on its permanent foundation and all necessary utilities are connected.
Project Completion
APPROX. 2 WEEKS LATER
The remaining 50% of site work contract
Once installation is complete and final inspections are done, we receive Certificate of Occupancy (CO) from your city. Before handing you the keys, we provide you with a final walkthrough of your new ADU. Congratulations! Your Ecco is ready to be enjoyed for generations to come.
