Founder & CEO
Gerald Adams is the Founder of Ecco Homes, a pioneering company dedicated to
revolutionizing the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) market. A graduate of the prestigious Paul
Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, Gerald has 15 years of
experience driving innovation and success across various industries. Throughout his career,
Gerald has demonstrated a passion for innovation and efficiency, which ultimately inspired him
to focus on the ADU sector and to start Ecco Homes.
Under Gerald's leadership, Ecco is committed to creating high-quality ADUs that meet the diverse needs of modern living. His strategic vision and dedication to customer satisfaction drive the company's mission. When he’s not leading the charge at Ecco, Gerald enjoys exploring new ideas, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, and spending time with his family.
Antonio Suarez
Co-Founder
Antonio Suarez is the co-founder of Ecco Homes, an ADU company leveraging efficient offsite construction techniques to build backyard homes. Antonio embarked on his professional journey over two decades ago, where he quickly made his mark in real estate sales, home renovations, and new home construction.
Recognizing the growing demand for innovative housing solutions, Antonio co-founded Ecco Homes with a vision to provide homeowners with highly functional and efficient living spaces. His expertise in home renovations has been invaluable, allowing the company to design and create ADUs that not only maximize space but also enhance property values.
Outside of work, Antonio enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and exploring new business concepts.
