When the lease between you and Ecco expires you take over

Feasibility study
We’ll do an in-dept review of your property and discuss the perfect placement for your Ecco Home.

Contract Review
Review your detailed all-in contract
and Ecco’s lease back agreement.
Construction Begins
Once contract and lease agreement are
approved we can proceed to permitting
and construction.
Lease your Ecco
Ecco will market and lease your
new ADU and will do screening and
background checks to select the
most qualified tenant.
Passive Income
Ecco will pay you $500/month for the term of the lease back agreement and will be responsible for management, maintenance, and repairs.
